“Larry” is the quintessential know-it-all delusional Board Monkey masquerading as a Dr Pepper vendor at a college football game. Larry is certain “the refs” are out-to-get-him”.
You cringe when a Larry commercial comes on… just like you do when your BM neighbor / co-worker is around.
