Forget whether you agree with Schilling’s POV. I’m no fan of Muslims or Nazis or Thai food or Oprah or ESPN or John Boehner or “buffering”. I REALLY hate “buffering”. We just bumped up our IP Speed to 75 mbps to hopefully get rid of “buffering” during streaming of Cardinal games….. where was I? Oh yeah…. idiots who tweet stupid stuff then say “oops”!
And “Ol’ Bloody Sock” Curt did this one during a Little League WS telecast. How dumb is that !!! It is kinda fun to watch ESPN suits run around in PC circles hitting themselves in the head with hammers. They seem to do that a lot lately.

ESPN Removes Curt Schilling From LLWS Broadcast After Incredibly Stoopid Tweet.
ESPN removed Curt Schilling from its Little League World Series coverage after a controversial tweet from the retired baseball player compared Muslims to Nazis.
“It’s said only 5-10% of Muslims are extremists,” the graphic Schilling tweeted read. “In 1940, only 7% of Germans were Nazis. How’d that go?”
Schilling almost immediately deleted the tweet.
“Curt’s tweet was completely unacceptable, and in no way represents our company’s perspective. We made that point very strongly to Curt and have removed him from his current Little League assignment pending further consideration,” the network said in a statement.
Schilling also apologized individually to users on Twitter, tweeting to one user that it “didn’t come across in any way as intended or interpreted” and acknowledging to another that the fact was incredibly false.
“My mistake posting the stuff,” he tweeted to another user.
